We are excited to present a "Parent Toolkit for Student Wellness" designed for K-8 parents. The evening will feature presenters from local organizations who will address essential topics related to student wellness. Please see the attached flyer here for more information about the event and to RSVP. We look forward to seeing you there!Award-winning author Dan Gemeinhart will be coming to RMS on Thursday, March 13th and will be happy to sign copies of his books for us. Would you like your student to have this special, personalized keepsake of a great event at RMS? Visit this page at Howling Basset Books to purchase the book (and support a local Oldwick bookstore) by Friday, February 21st to have the book delivered and ready for signing at the school. **Books will not be available for sale the day of the author visit. You can also purchase the book on your own for your student to bring in that day.

The 7th grade will be embarking on an exciting field trip to TopGolf on Wednesday, May 21st. We are thrilled to offer this opportunity for our 7th-grade class to experience the joy of golf in a dynamic and interactive setting. Please complete and return the permission slip to your student's science teacher by February 28th. The cost for the trip is $35, which covers admission to Top Golf, transportation, and lunch.I-Ready Diagnostic Results Available

We will also be open for shopping the night of the Music Showcase (Tuesday, March 25). Conferences will be offered on the afternoons of Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 7 from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Our evening conference is on Thursday, March 6 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Conference times are set to accommodate as many parents as possible. Please schedule your conferences in GenesisThe window to schedule a conference will OPEN on Tuesday, February 18 at 8AM.
The window to schedule a conference will CLOSE on Tuesday, March 4 at 3PM.There are limited time slots available, so if your child is doing well, or if you have already conferenced with the teachers, please be considerate of parents who may need a conference. You will have the option to choose a virtual or an in-person conference. If you select “virtual”, the teacher will set up a link for your virtual meeting.

Parent Nominations for the Gifted and Talented Program
The Readington Township School District will begin accepting parent nominations for the Gifted and Talented Program for students in 1st-7th grade on February 1st. All parent nomination forms must be completed online no later than March 21st. Since the assessment process will begin immediately following the nomination deadline, late entries cannot be accepted.If you are interested in nominating your child for the G&T program, please follow the link below. The Barnes & Noble Book Fair is returning on Thursday, February 13th, from 5:00-7:30 to the Somerville Circle Barnes & Noble store. This year's event theme is “Reading is Sweet!” and will feature student performances, in-store challenges and activities, and a student vs. teacher competition, as well as the opportunity to pick up a little Valentine’s Day treat for those you love!HSA NEWSTrivia Night
Get Ready for a Fun Night Out, Parents!
